Usatabletops is committed to providing you with quality shipping services to ensure that your furniture arrives safely and on time. We offer a variety of shipping methods and flexible shipping time options to meet your diverse needs.
1. Order processing
We will start processing your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
In some cases, such as weekends or holidays, order processing may take longer.
If your order takes longer to process, we will notify you in a timely manner and let you know the estimated processing time.
Free Shipping
Usatabletops offer free shipping on all orders within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada,Remote Areas).
Note:
We deliver Customer’s tables to our customers by truck, and for truck delivery, there is only one truck driver, and the truck driver's individual unloading capacity is limited.
1.Table length is less than 90”L-Truck unloads, no unloading costs.
2.The length of the table is over 90”L-Customer unloads(3-6 people recommended), no unloading costs.
3.Table length over 90L - Handle by trucking company, fee: $800.00 (Truck unloading is not recommended as it tends to be more expensive. This is because the truck needs to rent a forklift, and a forklift operator must accompany the truck for unloading. Renting the forklift and operator typically requires a full day, resulting in high labor costs. It is advisable for customers to rent a forklift near their home for unloading, which can help save on expenses.)
4. pick up from warehouse or truck stop, no unloading costs.
Delivery is made by truck to the customer's door.
If delivery is restricted due to limited unloading conditions (e.g., streets being too narrow, one-way, under construction, on a hillside, or if the truck cannot reach the door or entrance), the customer must unload the goods at the roadside where the truck is able to stop.
Expedited Shipping
Usatabletops also offer expedited shipping for rush orders and orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Remote Areas, Canada other countries with additional shipping fee.
Regarding additional cost for Expedited Shipping, please contact us, we will offer you the quotation within one business day. (Based on the dimension of the specific product and shipping address.)
Note:
Delivered to the customer's doorstep or downstairs by truck.
If delivery is restricted due to limited unloading conditions (e.g. street is too narrow/one way/unfinished/on a hill/truck can’t drive to door or downstairs), customers must unload at the curb in any situation where trucks may not be able to access.

We sure do! We can not only take orders from the USA and Canada but also ship products to most countries around the world.
Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, currently, we are unable to ship to:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, India

How Is The Product Packed And Shipped?
All slabs are wrapped with protective blankets and packed in wood crates, which will protect them from accidental damage during transportation. You can rest assured that item will arrive in new and undamaged condition.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will get a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped. Note: It takes time for the courier to scan and update the tracking information.
