Because a lot of our wood is piled up and put outdoors, so it takes the time to find wood, we need to arrange designers to draw CAD drawings for customers according to the found wood.
If you are worried about paying in full, we can start a second payment plan for you.
You pay half of the 50% deposit first.We will arrange for the carpenters in our factory to match the suitable wood for you, we will arrange for a designer to draw a drawing for you and send it to you for confirmation. After you confirm the drawings, pay the remaining 50% of the balance.
After your confirmation, we will arrange production.
From the beginning of production, we will regularly send you pictures of the product production process.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to meet your needs. You can send the content you want to change to our customer service email (support@usatabletops.com), and we will contact you in time after receiving your email.

Once your order is ready our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. If the delivery address has access issues or limitations, you will need to provide us with as much detail as possible to ensure delivery can take place easily and safely.

Usatabletops promises to implement a 12-month warranty service for all products, which is effective from the date of delivery of the product. This warranty only covers the product under normal use conditions and does not cover any problems caused by vandalism, accidental damage or improper operation.

The price depends on the wood type, size, and table legs style. Different wood types and different sizes will have different prices.
