Can I customize a table that looks exactly like the reference image?

We use natural wood and non-toxic, odorless epoxy resin, so we cannot guarantee that the table will look exactly like the reference image. Each piece of wood is unique, with its own distinct character and grain. While the overall style will be similar, it will not be identical. Factors such as the wood’s growing environment and light exposure influence its characteristics. Even different parts of the same tree can vary in grain, color, cracks, knots, and holes.

At Usabletops, we are committed to preserving every knot, crack, and natural mark in the wood, showcasing its authenticity and beauty. Our craftsmen, with over 20 years of experience, carefully select materials to retain the wood’s original form as much as possible, avoiding excessive design elements. The most beautiful designs are left to time and nature.

Does the custom table come with a warranty?

Usatabletops Tables guarantees all products for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty applies under normal conditions of use but does not apply to any intentional or accidental damage or unreasonable use of our products.

Where Do You Source Your Wood?

Usabletops supplies the U.S. market with a curated selection of premium hardwoods from around the world. Our core materials include black walnut, walnut, and ash—sourced primarily within the United States and celebrated for their rich character and reliability. We also incorporate rare woods such as Italian olive wood, French poplar burl, and Japanese cedar. These unique materials give each table a distinctive story and natural beauty.

Our tables typically require only simple assembly, primarily involving attaching the legs to the tabletop.

Is the table packed securely?

At Usabletops, we understand that packaging may occasionally get damaged during shipping. However, we take extra precautions to protect our products by using reinforced packaging and secure cushioning materials to minimize such risks.
