What are the production processes of epoxy tables?
The complete epoxy table production process takes approximately 25-30 days:
1. Choose wood and wood shape
2. Confirm the wood type and color
3.Process the material and clean the wood
The wood will be smoother after cleaning,and it will be slightly different from the originally confirmed wood.After cutting natural wood, in order to make the effect better, the edges will generally be burnt black.
Process the selected wood: remove excess impurities and trim or cut the wood as needed. During this process, the edges of the wood will be painted black to achieve a better effect.
Next, paint or treat the blackened surface with resin. Applying resin effectively isolates bacteria and dust, and reduces the formation of bubbles in subsequent steps.

5. Shaping--Fixed width and fixed grinding
6. Adjust the color of the resin
Stir the resin and use a vacuum machine to force the small bubbles out of the resin (30-60 minutes)
7. Pour the epoxy
when large bubbles float up, use a gun to pass them over; after the defoaming reaches the standard, bake the resin with a fire while the resin is still wet. Baking with a fire can reduce small bubbles. This operation will occur every time you pour a layer, resin 3-5 Layers (according to thickness requirements, the waves will have more layers). A single layer will take about 5 days to solidify, and the last layer will take a little longer.
8. Wait for the last layer of resin to solidify before demoulding
10. Polish and sand repeatedly, using sanding tools of different roughness to finely polish. During this period, paint was applied repeatedly and some holes were repaired.
Do five or six coats of paint, which need to be sanded before painting, and the holes should be removed after each sanding. Clean with thinner and then paint. The first coat will be more penetrating.
11. Check whether the resin needs to be replenished, and then polish and polish the raised part.
12. Use a spray gun for the last coat of paint
